Days 5 & 6: 2 Days to Transplant

I have finished the intensive chemotherapy and immunotherapy conditioning regime and my blood counts are dropping as an indication of space clearing in the bone marrow in preparation for the transplant on Thursday.  The nurses at the hospital have been very helpful managing the side effects of the conditioning regime.  I imagine that I am in the hands of angels.

Speaking of angels ... Tami, my source of strength and positivity throughout my diagnosis and treatment, lifts my spirts and takes me for walks everyday.
