Day 5
I moved to a hospital room with a spectacular view and am doing well five days after transplant. The doctors and nurses have been very helpful managing side effects of the chemotherapy and keeping infections at bay while my blood counts drop and the donor’s stem cells work to replace my immune system. Thank you for all the positive energy to help me stay strong on this long road to recovery!
